Accounts #
Can I change my email address?
Yes: Settings › Account › Email. We send a link to the new address to confirm it.
I forgot my password
Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. The link works for one hour.
How do I delete my account?
Settings › Account › Delete account. Your ledgers are deleted after 30 days; until then you can sign in to restore them.
Billing #
Is there a free plan?
Yes, for one person and up to three ledgers. Self-hosting is always free.
Which payment methods do you take?
Cards, iDEAL and SEPA direct debit. Teams on a yearly plan can pay by invoice.
Data #
Where is my data stored?
On servers in the EU. Self-hosted? Wherever you run it.
Can I export everything?
Settings › Export writes all ledgers as CSV, in a zip file. The API can do the same.
