## Accounts

:::details[Can I change my email address?]
Yes: **Settings › Account › Email**. We send a link to the new address to confirm it.

:::details[I forgot my password]
Use **Forgot password** on the sign-in page. The link works for one hour.
:::

:::details[How do I delete my account?]
**Settings › Account › Delete account**. Your ledgers are deleted after 30 days; until then you
can sign in to restore them.
:::

## Billing

:::details[Is there a free plan?]
Yes, for one person and up to three ledgers. Self-hosting is always free.
:::

:::details[Which payment methods do you take?]
Cards, iDEAL and SEPA direct debit. Teams on a yearly plan can pay by invoice.

## Data

:::details[Where is my data stored?]
On servers in the EU. Self-hosted? Wherever you run it.

:::details[Can I export everything?]
**Settings › Export** writes all ledgers as CSV, in a zip file. The [API](self-hosted.md) can do
the same.
